Distilled in copper pot stills from molasses, the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva matures for at least 12 years in selected ex-Bourbon barrels. With these bottlings, the producer orientates himself to the old Venezuelan style with heavy and warm tones, which in recent years has given way to a rather light and pleasing rum style of the country. Through the long maturation process, it achieves an incredibly intense body of extraordinary balance, completed by traditional experience and craftsmanship. A truly royal rum!
