Description Jameson is a mature Pot Still whisky and one of the most famous Irish Blends. It is made from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley and goes through 3 distillation processes. It is then aged in oak barrels from Spain, Portugal and the USA, in which sherry, port or bourbon have matured. The whisky is then blended by the Master Blender from whiskys of different ages and casks
